The recruitment, training and placement of the women presented here took place as part of an innovative social project commissioned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and implemented by atempo to help women find their way back into the workforce as assistants for people with disabilities. ERSTE Foundation pre-financed the project through a so called social impact bond and provided continuous support. The success is measurable: 32 women provided more than 29,000 hours of assistance to people with disabilities.
