I develop projects and advocacy programmes that support Ukraine’s European integration and social transformation. I’ve always worked at the intersection of governance, social impact and international partnership, focusing on long-term impact. I see myself as a megaphone for Ukraine, placing Ukraine within broader international frameworks.

I have held leadership roles in government and the NGO sector, managing large-scale, socially significant projects. As Director of Kyiv’s Department of Culture, I oversaw more than 300 public institutions. In 2022, my path has taken me from city halls to ERSTE Foundation.

The rallying of international institutions, policymakers and civil society to support Ukraine has demonstrated the power of solidarity. It reminds me why I do what I do: build connections, drive change and advocate for a more united and democratic Europe, helping to lay the groundwork for a brighter and more resilient future.
