Together with my team, I work primarily on topics that can significantly improve the lives of all people: financial education and the ability to put it to use. I also take care of the further development of the organisation and its employees as well as communication.

Before I joined the board of ERSTE Foundation in September 2024, I’ve worked in various positions at Erste Group since 1997. As a financial analyst in a senior position, I encountered my share of crises, and as head of the Center for Corporate Health Promotion, I understood the all-encompassing importance of prevention.

Where we direct our attention can make a big difference. If it moves from the problems to the solutions, solutions will emerge, even if the social challenges are as great as they are today. Having lived through a bunch of crises has only increased my trust in the problem-solving capabilities of societies.
