My work at ERSTE Foundation focuses on developing and implementing strategies in Social Finance, Impact Investment and Financial Literacy to drive social innovation and financial education in the CEE region.

Key stages in my career include founding my own company, co-leading an international NGO focused on promoting renewable energy in developing countries, and serving as Managing Director of a collaborative coworking space and community that supports social entrepreneurs. I wouldn’t want to miss any of these experiences.

People who are dedicated to putting impact first always inspire me. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit several NGOs and social entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe who managed to scale their organisations without losing the »impact first« focus—in fact, they strengthened it. Talking to their clients and beneficiaries reminded me of the importance of a strong social economy.
