The reception is the first point of contact for all guests and employees of ERSTE Foundation. In addition to welcoming and taking care of visitors, I am responsible for organisational tasks related to office operations as well as administrative tasks. I also coordinate appointments and ensure that events held on our premises run smoothly.

After my teacher training, I worked as a German teacher at a secondary school in Vienna from 2017–2024. This time was particularly formative for me and strengthened my passion for planning and organisational activities. My professional reorientation led me to ERSTE Foundation in 2025, where I can now put my organisational skills to the test.

Change requires courage. Change means leaving your comfort zone. I particularly like the following quote by Laotse: »If you realise that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to.« Even though it is often quite difficult, for me personally change is absolutely essential for living together in today's society.
