As a part of the Social Finance, Impact Investment and Financial Literacy team, my work at ERSTE Foundation is focused on the grant management of the projects we support. I take care of the administrative processes and I like to be in close contact with our project partners.
Another area of my responsibilities is working on our database, taking care of the contacts in our network, which I consider to be an important asset of the Foundation. In cooperation with my colleagues, I create invitation lists for our events, and I also coordinate the distribution of our annual report.

During and after my psychology studies, I worked in different areas, one of them being film production at ZONE Media in Vienna. In 2012, right after my maternity leave, I got the opportunity to work on cultural projects at ERSTE Foundation (Igor Zabel Award). An important experience was the shift to social projects and my involvement in the ERSTE Foundation Award for Social Integration, a project aimed at promoting the work of non-profit organisations in 13 CEE countries.
