Selected journalists receive our media releases, which contain information about media-relevant events and other news from ERSTE Foundation. We maintain a directory of journalists’ addresses for the purpose of sending out media releases, in accordance with the provisions under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests pursued by the controller).
We process the following data: first name / last name / media outlet / contact details. If the journalists themselves did not provide the data for this directory of journalists’ addresses, then it was gleaned from publicly accessible sources such as the website of the organisation in question or the Austrian Media Handbook. Data will, of course, not be passed on to third parties.
All photos are available free of charge for editorial coverage of the ERSTE Foundation, its projects, its venues and events. When used, please send a specimen copy. It is not permitted to exploit the media photos for commercial purposes or to edit them in such a way that they are distorted or the content is changed. It is prohibited to use these photos in any other way, to pass them on to third parties and to offer a high-resolution download option.
