Alles Clara’s “sprich.Clartext” conference gives the care and nursing of close family members, friends and neighbors a virtual stage and brings together experts, scientists and those affected around relevant sub-areas and issues.

Experts from the fields of care, science, the public and private sectors as well as those affected discuss current issues in a virtual space. The multi-award-winning, free digital relief service Alles Clara aims to raise awareness of a broad social issue that affects families, the labor market, healthcare and the social system at the same time. More than 20 speakers from scientific institutions, social organizations, institutions and self-help groups are expected to attend.

The panelists include renowned experts from organizations such as the University of Vienna, Hospiz Österreich, Gesundheit Österreich GmbH, Notruf Niederösterreich, Verein Wohnen, FH St. Pölten, VertretungsNetz and connexia.

All panels of the current conference will again be recorded and published online as soon as possible.

Participation in the online conference (via Zoom) is free of charge and registration is possible at any time on the conference website.

Programme

The event will kick off on the evening of January 23 with expert panel discussion on the topic of “Caregiving relatives with a migration background”. January 24 (Friday) will be dedicated to the younger generation from different perspectives. On Monday, January 27, a children’s hospice for families of seriously ill children will be presented at lunchtime. In the evening, the focus will be on “Dignified support and quality of life at the end of life through hospice and palliative care”. Tuesday afternoon, January 28, will focus on extreme weather events as a result of the experiences from the summer of 2024 in eastern and southern Austria.
