In 2022, ERSTE Foundation launched a three-year research project with the University of Tartu to find out how people see their financial well-being and how it is connected to their general well-being, with the aim of bringing a human perspective to banking and policy. It revealed that financial well-being is much more than just having enough money.
Researchers Leonore Riitsalu, Adele Atkinson and Rauno Pello will present key insights from the three-year multidisciplinary study, conducted by the University of Tartu in partnership with ERSTE Foundation and the support of Erste Group.

We will discuss these conclusions together with partners from the private and public sector. In the latter part of the afternoon, we will venture out, together with the team of the Open Future Lab, to see what lies ahead of us in the ERSTE Stiftung ecosystem.
