At ERSTE Foundation, I support my colleagues in the fields of accounting and IT.

The transition from my previous job at the Slovenská sporiteľna press department to ERSTE Foundation entailed not only a geographical move for me, but also a gradual shift of my work focus. Starting off at the foundation´s communication department, I later moved on to grant coordination and eventually landed in the back office. Just call me an all-rounder…

I am inspired by people who stand up for their moral principles and are not afraid to act upon them. It is precisely in civil society that one can meet such »unassuming heroes«. The fact that ERSTE Foundation supports the courageous ideas and initiatives of such people is one of the big motivators in my job.
