I am responsible for content and video production as well as public relations in Central and Eastern Europe.
I've moved around quite a bit—living, studying and working in various countries has truly enriched my experience and significantly shaped my professional growth. Before joining ERSTE Foundation in 2008, I worked with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, supporting the country's democratic reforms. Whether it was opening the Parliament to the public or working on a security sector reform, I was dedicated to making a positive impact in every role.

I'm truly inspired by the Serbian students and their actions today. With pride and determination coupled with decency, creativity and love, they are standing up for democratic values. Their commitment to transparency, accountability and the rule of law is restoring democratic hope in a country that has seen too little of it in the past years. These protests are a powerful reminder of the importance of civic engagement, especially at a time when many European countries are facing democratic decline and the rise of right-wing populism. It's a beacon of hope for all of us who believe in the power of democracy.
