I connect many threads within the ERSTE Foundation communications team and beyond, for example on this new website here and our social media activities. I particularly enjoy bringing the human perspective into all aspects of my work, fostering a sense of community and facilitating collaboration wherever I go.

My work has always focused on communication and people: from social media and editorial management to team leadership, building new teams and digital communities as well as in my psychosocial training and further education, ranging from needs-oriented support to my work as a trainer and in systemic counselling.

How can people be authentic human beings—in relationships, in teams, in organisations, but also in our society? That is the question that drives me. In my experience, we can only create good things together, and only if we are fully present and recognised in our integrity. In this respect, I see myself as a bridge-builder and catalyst.
