As Executive Director Europe and Democracy and together with my team, I am responsible for the strategic development and implementation of initiatives, policies and strategies aimed at strengthening democracy in Europe.
My current position combines years of experience as a youth activist sparking change at the local level with a leadership mandate spanning multiple impact areas. These include strengthening the rule of law, enhancing citizen participation, safeguarding civil liberties, civil society development, advancing education, supporting EU integration, fostering cultural development, supporting regional development, and facilitating conflict resolution and reconciliation.
I draw great inspiration from engaged citizens, particularly young people who consistently demonstrate how vision, determination, creativity and passion can inspire hope and drive meaningful change.
