My focus is on inclusive finance for all. I lead strategy and action in social impact investment, building sustainable and measurable structures that integrate business with positive social and environmental impact. Through engineering financial and non-financial instruments, we drive systemic change and foster the growth of social capital.

I adopt technical skills from investment banking, blending them with values and social banking—and continuously trusting, learning from and investing in people, while staying curious, bold and working hard to achieve the things I deeply believe in.

Erste’s social banking colleagues and their clients continuously inspire me. They’ve demonstrated how financial instruments can improve living conditions and enhance lives.
