In the team surrounding the board, it is particularly important for us to build a bridge between the individual teams and the board members and to support them in the best possible way. Planning but also a high degree of flexibility are among our strengths. What I enjoy most is looking for technical possibilities to optimise processes or make them more flexible and faster.

My journey towards ERSTE Foundation began in 2011, when I started working as a division assistant at the former Chairman's Office of Erste Group and found my calling. One of my managers at the time, Martin Wohlmuth, joined the foundation a little later. After a few stopovers at Erste Group as an assistant to the board and division managers, I followed his call to join the foundation family in 2023.

There are many people in public life, but also in my personal environment, who repeatedly prove that change is possible. However, it must always start with oneself. The people who manage to do this inspire me every day to do my best to live in an environmentally conscious way, for the future of our society. This world is beautiful and worth fighting for!
